The dtc ebuild inherits eutils after settings the DESCRIPTION, which breaks the 
display in quite a few tools.  Just kicking it back up a few lines fixes this, 
and makes attaching a patch pretty pointless :)

mr_bones fixed it already, I hope to add more cell and ps3 related w/out such glitches
