A complete new translation of the installation guide with all the latest changes
of the English document included.

Put in here for review and asked some Germans to go through it.

BTW: I'll add this translation later myself to the docs-cvs.  The access is
granted and I am now responsible for any further German translations that
should be reviewed (as it is the job of the "Head Translator").
