This is the Reiser4 brokenness metabug. If your bug report was marked as a duplicate of this bug, it means the Gentoo Developers consider your problem to
be local to your setup and specific to your usage of Reiser4.

If it is a problem that occurs during a package build, you should place your PORTAGE_TMPDIR on a non-Reiser4 partition.

Reiser4 problems are the responsibility of upstream, esp. due to the complexity of the filesystem. Marking as RESO UPSTREAM.
