Current stable version (20061014-r1) fails to detect a 32-bit system on a 64-bit host and cannot be installed, therefore please stabilize 20070924. I've tested it on my systems and it works fine.
well, we need yasm 0.6.2 (or nasm) to have correct pic addresses calculated on x86; if its built with an older yasm, it'll segfault. (and the current build system defaults to yasm if installed, otherwise nasm) so we need yasm 0.6.2 stable for this, ccing Danny as yasm maintainer
