New version of weka is available. It works perfectly well for me!

Version bump committed. I also improved the ebuild so that some jdbc drivers get put to classpath if installed.

Just a quick question, would it be possible to set a higher maximum allocated memory to java. You are using 128MB, which is usually not enough to run train a model on a decent-size sample. From my own experience, I would recommend 512MB. Or, is it possible for the user to set the value of this parameter?
