rsync.inlab.de is up, running and properly syncing.  
We would be glad to contribute with a part of  
our bandwidth to the gentoo project :-) 
Please note that only port 873 is visible to the 
outside (not "pingable"). Ip address is 199.108.109.25.

I've added 199.108.109.25 to the access list for rsync1.us.gentoo.org.
Please update your rsync cron jobs to point to rsync1.us.gentoo.org
here when you've done so.  We'll monitor the server for a couple days to 
make sure things are working fine and then add it to the rotation.

rsync.inlab.de syncs to rsync1.us.gentoo.org successfully for some 
weeks now and is ready to be included in the round robin DNS ...

199.108.109.25 is now rsync13.de.gentoo.org.  As soon as DNS catches up,
you should start seeing some traffic.

I've subscribed <[e-mail]> to our gentoo-mirrors mailing 
list (low volume).  This list is used to discuss mirror-related issues.
