Keywords were dropped due to them never existing on the new java-virtuals/javamail which this ebuild has been updated to use. Please re-keyword, thanks.
1.37-r1 fails with this error: >>> Compiling source in /var/tmp/portage/dev-java/bcmail-1.37-r1/work/bcmail-jdk14-137 ... !!! ERROR: Package javamail was not found! !!! When you file a bug report, please include the following information: GENTOO_VM=ibm-jdk-bin-1.5 CLASSPATH="" JAVA_HOME="/opt/ibm-jdk-bin-1.5.0.6" JAVACFLAGS="-source 1.4 -target 1.4" COMPILER="" and of course, the output of emerge --info 1.38 does not show this behaviour. I've added ~ppc64 to 1.38 only. Please readd if you want to fix 1.37-r1 and keyword there, too.
mhh.. Never post a comment before commiting finished... I see you have dropped keywords from 1.37-r1 only. (and 1.38 was ~ppc64 anyway). Please advise how to fix the error and I'll add ~ppc64 to 1.37-r1.
The keywords were dropped from 1.37-r1 due to it's deps being updated to use java-virtuals/javamail, vs pulling in a specific implementation. When this happened, java-virtuals/javamail wasn't keyworded ppc/ppc64, so that was dropped from bcmail. I needed to bump bcmail to get a current version of itext in tree. I did not want to drop keywords from iText. So I bumped a version of bcmail that didn't use the virtuals, and didn't require me to drop any keywords. Once 1.37-r1 is keyworded, I will make a 1.38-r1 that uses the virtual. Since the virtual has been keyworded for ppc/pp64 now, or will be per a bug I filed that this one depends on.
ppc done. Markus: you need newer versions of java-config and java-config-wrapper (currently ~ppc64).
thanks. that did the trick. Added ~ppc64. last arch CC'd -> mark bug as FIXED
