New version that requires vim 7 and doesn't rely on multvals or genutils
anymore. The edos2unix portion of the 3.50 ebuild should be unnecessary as all
files appear to be unix formatted. Also, it appears to be licensed under GPL-2.

Finally, it seems to work on amd64 so keywording it would be nice.

dbext-5.20 is in CVS. Thanks for reporting :)
