New ebuild

Version bump, and I removed the messy tarball stuff and the emake -j flag. The tarballs are clean and the emake flag has no effect on any uni or multi processor systems I could find.

Re-inserted CFLAGS fix

I'm not sure it really matters but I see what the sed was about. I've reinserted it.
