Ebuild should install into /usr/share/doc/${PF} instead of /usr/share/tea/doc, and not install COPYING at all.

Upstream includes --enable-debian to install files into correct directories, we could use same functionality. Upstream needs to be informed about correct paths.

Tested build on ~ppc - works nice.
