DFO is a Desktop Flickr Organizer for Gnome.

About itself: "The application allows online/offline mode management of your photos. You can upload, search and download photos, through the easy to use interface."

Portage doesn't really have a log of Flickr applications, and this would be a nice addition for the Gnome people.
