Apologies for the delay in getting to this bug. I just ran a check and it seems like you're lagging by quite a bit :

 * Timestamp on ftp.cse.yzu.edu.tw is Fri, 29 Feb 2008 22:08:04 +0000
 * Current time in UTC is Sat Mar  1 15:38:45 UTC 2008

Please make sure your distfiles mirror (ftp.cse.yzu.edu.tw/pub/Linux/gentoo/gentoo/) is syncing once every 4 hours as mentioned in http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/source_mirrors.xml

Also, for gentoo-portage, please make sure that you have setup the mirror as mentioned in http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/rsync.xml

Once that's done and the mirror is syncing as expected and you'd still like to be an official mirror, please re-open this bug.
