version bump - 2.0.9 is available.

The makefile from upstream is bad, need to make sure it's -j 1 it seems.  Tested this outside of portage, and works (x86, have not tested ia64 yet).

Other than that, I've been trying to hack up an ebuild for personal use and been having trouble, this package seems to break on autoheader...
