Tested on amd64, will test on x86 soon.

Ebuld attached. Nikto 1.x plugin database will no longer be updated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Nikto -update

Actual Results:  
+ Nikto has been updated to 2.00, local copy is 1.36
+ No update has taken place. Please upgrade Nikto by visiting http://www.cirt.net/

Expected Results:

the old version in the portage refuses to update any longer with the follow message:
+ Nikto has been updated to 2.00, local copy is 1.36
+ No update has taken place. Please upgrade Nikto by visiting http://www.cirt.net/
+ www.cirt.net message: Nikto 2.0 is out--upgrade now!

I've added your ebuild to gentoo.o0o.nu (sectools overlay) for testing.
