d3lphin is the up-to-date backport of dolphin form kde4 to kde3.
it is the default file manager of kubuntu.
ebuild for it is into the xeffects overlay

Reproducible: Always

I'm closing this since KDE 4.1 is going to be released in a few days.

Since D3lphin is a fork of the KDE3 version of Dolphin to which featured of the KDE4 Dolphin are backported, I don't think the above reason justifies the non-inclusion.

IMHO if anything, kde-misc/dolphin (original KDE3 version of Dolphin) should be removed from Portage and kde-misc/d3lphin should be included.

If nothing else KDE:4.1 is still keyworded as unstable (and will probably continue to be), leaving KDE:3.5 the only stable KDE slot for the near future.
