anoncvs.gentoo.org doesn't allow anonymous users.

$ cvs up
cvs update: authorization failed: server anoncvs.gentoo.org rejected access to /var/cvsroot for user anonymous
cvs update: used empty password; try "cvs login" with a real password

Same with:
$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gentoo.org/var/cvsroot co gentoo-x86
cvs checkout: authorization failed: server anoncvs.gentoo.org rejected access to /var/cvsroot for user anonymous
cvs checkout: used empty password; try "cvs login" with a real password

it's back up for now, we might move it to another box soon.
