Description Aron Griffis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-04-22 13:01:14 UTC
When I run "make menuconfig", I select DP264 to indicate I have an XP1000.
However my machine has an EV67 667MHz, so I would like to enable that option as
well. When I press 'y' on that option, nothing happens. It appears to be
impossible to check that box.

Note I'm running alpha-sources-2.4.20-r2
Comment 3 Tavis Ormandy (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-06-10 06:55:26 UTC
assigning to wwoods, alpha-sources maintainer.
Comment 4 Will Woods (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-06-10 10:25:33 UTC
This is a problem with the stock kernel. In the meantime, you can run "make oldconfig" after your configure is finished, and it should prompt you for the EV67 option.
Comment 5 Aron Griffis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-08-12 07:36:37 UTC
Will, is this fixed with the new alpha-sources? I didn't think about checking when I installed the new version.
