As the summary alread tells, changelog auto-update seems not to work.

the keychain file got renamed from 'cvs-sh' to 'eagle-sh' and was consequently barfing when it tried to authenticate.  Since been fixed -- issue should be resolved.  Date on current page is now " Updated 2003-04-21"
