I just finished fixing our mirror, and we lost the drive that contained the existing password for masterdistfiles.gentoo.org. If you want you can either send the password to me, or to pwcorbet@mtu.edu (who is still listed as our server administrator). I will make sure that progress is made on bug #177261 soon.

Just peeked at the mirror today and I got an empty directory?  Presumably you're still waiting for the password to masterdistfiles.gentoo.org?

The mirror should be currently working, we're having some hardware issues with our frontend machine and it probably had a stale NFS mount earlier today when you peeked at it.

I believe the e-mail for the master dist files has resurfaced, I'll have the administrator double check to make sure.

We should have some resolution to this soon.
