zebedee-2.4.1-r1 ebuild installs an init.d script as per the comments in the ebuild, but zebedee-2.5.3 fails to do so.  The comments in the ebuild say:

"Before you use the Zebedee rc script (/etc/init.d/zebedee), it is
recommended that you edit the server config file..."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge zebedee
2. check for "/etc/init.d/zebedee" file


Actual Results:  
file "/etc/init.d/zebedee" does not exist after the emerge

Expected Results:  
rc script file "/etc/init.d/zebedee" should exist after the emerge
