Although this is not required scapy should depend on pycrypto to make use of crypto operations. This avoids the following message : INFO: Can't find Crypto python lib. Won't be able to decrypt WEP.

This patch adds pycrypto dependency.

This patch adds pycrypto dependency. Can be applied using -p0 in the /usr/portage/net-analyzer/scapy/ directory.
