Description Arthur Chan 2003-04-21 16:35:29 UTC
So there's this prick I want to block. I hit the block button, and it adds him
to the list of buddies to block. But he's still not blocked though. I have to
go to Tools->Privacy and click the "block users below" radio button. Shouldn't
hitting the block button automatically do this for you?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up a conversation window with a user. Hit the "Block" button (yknow,
it's next to the "Warn" button).

Actual Results:
If "Block the users below" isn't selected in Tools->Privacy, then the target
user is still not blocked.

Expected Results:
Should have automatically selected the "block the users below" option in
Tools->Privacy.

This is an upstream bug completely. I believe it is being looked at by the gaim developers from
what I can tell.

upstream bug, hopefully, they'll have a new version with this fixed out soon.

Thsi is either fixed in new gaims, or not our problem.
