OpenOffice 2.3 distributed by Gentoo is with encoding problems, as you can see in the screenshots.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge openoffice.org 2.3 with the linguas_pt_BR use flag

Actual Results:  
OpenOffice emerged successfully, but is with encoding problems.

Expected Results:  
A well translated (as it is) but without encoding problems.
