Bug 196936 – Ebuilds of dev-python/compizconfig-python and x11-themes/emerald-themes successfully compile but forget to actually merge

Ebuilds of dev-python/compizconfig-python  and x11-themes/emerald-themes successfully compile but forget to actually merge. Each of them after compiling and sandbox installing says "No package files specified grabbing a set" and nothing gets merged. The manual installing works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge emerald-themes compizconfig-python
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing gets merged after successful compilation

Expected Results:  
Should merge

There's no default src_install, the above commit are plain wrong.

yeah, sorry for that (I thought I had tested that, but damn...), but should be okay again now.
