As a followup to bug #188755, I think that Kuroo belongs in the 'System' menu and not in the 'Settings' menu; the latter seems to be meant for KDE-related settings-modifying applications. This is my opinion, of course. To back it up a bit: the package manager in Kubuntu is also in 'System'.

Kuroo's upstream is alive and active. Please contact them, I've found them to be open to suggestions. It's something they should change.
