Please apply this:

-SRC_URI="http://mixter.void.ru/${P/.}.tgz"
+SRC_URI="mirror://gentoo/${P/.}.tgz"

My proxy choked on this one, it seems to be present at the URL though. Nevertheless, as it exists on the distfiles mirrors, the ebuild should use them.

No; the suggested change is wrong. Set yourself GENTOO_MIRRORS in make.conf.
