Both scim-anthy and skim-scim-anthy requires app-dicts/kasumi. Kasumi is not required for scim-anthy to work, so it should be optional. A USE flag would be useful. The biggest problem with kasumi is that it has gtk+ as a dependency, which not all users might want to install. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Emerge app-i18n/scim-anthy or app-i18n/skim-scim-anthy Actual Results: kasumi and its dependencies (gtk+, and others) will be installed Expected Results: There should be an option not to install kasumi.
scim toolbar with scim-anthy has dictionary icon and it 'RDEPEND's on kasumi. upstream requested that kasumi is installed as default, so I added kasumi to RDEPEND.
ok, now I added gtk USE flag to scim-anthy, and removed kasumi from skim-scim-anthy.
