dvd+rw-tools has absolutely nothing to do with gconf or gnome, it's coming from somewhere else.
How do you get this bug? What can we do to try to reproduce it? Is this failing during a package install? If so, please attach a full build.log. If not, please provide us more information on how to trigger those error messages. Please don't hesitate to reopen this bug with the above information. Thanks
