The following patch enables module i18n(which depends only on gettext) unconditionally and modules gtk2, libsvm, gdbm conditionised by USE flags gtk, svm and gdbm.
It also fixes the module install path (upstream left it as $LIBDIR/clisp-2.41.1)

fixed, ~ppc keyword dropped temporarily because of libsvm
