Did you re-emerge twisted? Did you run python-updater after python upgrade?

I have re-emerged twisted and run python-updater, however I have missed that this
one has failed when emerging gpm-1.20.1-r6 (see bug 195977) so the update was not
completed.
I have resolved masking =gpm-1.20.1-r6 and rerunning python-updater.
Now it works.
