Squid log monitoring program

Squidtaild is a very fast, highly configurable Perl program that will dynamically create html pages that display the violations that people have made against one or more of the filters you have applied to the squid proxy logging system.

- it is not allowed to depend on g-cpan to satisfy perl dependencies
- you should use doinitd/doconfd for installing initscripts and /etc/conf.d stuff
- also, why does this *require* Apache? 
- only add keywords that you have tested yourself
