I regret to say that mirrors.acm.cs.rpi.edu is out of commission due to recent bandwidth concerns from the higher-ups at RPI.

It should be removed from any mirror lists or rotations it is in.

This doesn't affect our rsync mirror.  Sorry for not providing a warning ahead of time.  I wasn't sure where this was going until just recently.
