New gossip version 0.27 at http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gossip/0.27/

Gossip 0.28 just got released a few days ago, so might as well bump directly to that version.

Gilles encountered linking failures with 0.28 and he told to investigate further soon. That is to say, we are fully aware of gossip releases :)
