Fairly new (but not really) gentoo source mirror at 
ftp://sunsite.ualberta.ca/pub/unix/Linux/gentoo/
The site is hosted by the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada 
and as far as I can tell, it should be available to everyone. People on ISP's 
that peer with Shaw or BigPipe should see very fast speeds, while 
others...they're limited ;)
