I am not able to update world cause
[ebuild     U ] sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.23 [2.6.22-r2] 4,671 kB 
is unfetchable:

How long is a reasonable time to wait before raising a bug? I synced and tried to emerge over 7 hours ago. I have retried the emerge several times since then, and the file is still not on ANY of the mirrors I have tried.
