emerge of deluge torrent client fails due to deprecated threads USE-flag

 * dev-libs/boost has to be built with threads USE-flag.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.log in as user with wheel access
2. sudo -e add the following lines to package.keywords
>=net-p2p/deluge-0.5.5 ~x86
>=net-p2p/deluge-9999 ~x86

3. sudo emerge -av deluge

Actual Results:  
 * dev-libs/boost has to be built with threads USE-flag.
 * 
 * ERROR: net-p2p/deluge-0.5.5 failed.
