Hi, 

We're the Catalan GNU/Linux Users <Caliu>, we're in the process of making
mirrors of the most popular distributions for the people here in Catalonia, and
of course Gentoo is one of the most popular distributions here! We have setup a
full mirror of the Gentoo sources, the connection to Internet was kindly donated
by the UPC (Universitat Polit

Actual Results:  
Well, right now I can't update my Gentoo everyday! The other mirrors are quite
slow here in Spain.

Expected Results:  
To expand Gentoo to all the GNU/Linuxers here!

The server is a Pentium 4 (3Ghz), with 1Tb. of harddisks on 1 Gb. of RAM. of
course the operating system is the Gentoo GNU/Linux! :)

ok, I'm going to send that address instructions on accessing our private distfile mirror.  Please change your server to sync against this mirror and post here when that's done.  I'll then add it to our list of mirrors on the web site.

We sync twice a day, it is sufficient or should we syncronize more than two times a day?

If possible, we prefer our mirrors to sync every 4 hours, starting at 00:00 UTC time.
