and I know it works, and no I wont enable it until at least a beta is out. There are still lots of commits everyday in the qt4 interface.

I did, I explicitely nuked that note in the patch... :P 

Seriously, this patch is here per users request because there are lots of people who 'love' wx* as much as me at least. *g*
