Description Toralf Förster gentoo-dev 2007-10-11 18:15:42 UTC
The paths are set to "/usr/bin" instead of "/usr/kde/3.5/bin" for the KDE apps ksonsole, konqueror, etc which should start after a special key is pressed (under control center -> system config -> IBM ThinkPad ).

Reproducible: Always

Uh, which ebuild is this about?

yep, I changed the summary, and the wrong lib values are :
tfoerste@n22 ~ $ strings /usr/kde/3.5/lib/kde3/kmilo_thinkpad.so | grep '/usr/bin'
/usr/bin/konsole
/usr/bin/konqueror
/usr/bin/kfind
/usr/bin/kmail
/usr/bin/ksnapshot

Fix Paths patch

I tested that the patch applied, that it compiled, and that the 'strings' output is correct. Would be really nice if someone with a thinkpad would test this patch.

Thanks, Thomas! Fixed in CVS.
