Description Arne Babenhauserheide 2007-10-10 08:43:46 UTC
Hi,

It wold facilitate submitting a bug, if the search results page would show a link to create a new bug report.

This is connected to a feature of eix, which can now show a link to a search for bugs concerning found packages:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=195204

Reproducible: Always

what search results page?
Comment 2 Arne Babenhauserheide 2007-10-10 21:07:50 UTC
The page which says "Zarro Bugs found" when I search for bugs for a package where no bugs have been filed, yet.

There is a link to create a new bug report on EVERY page, in the footer.

I'm sorry for bothering you.

Somehow my perception always stopped just short of the footer at "Edit Search".

Even now I didn't realize at once that the "New" next to "Actions" meant "new bug report" though I have a hard time to imagine what it could have meant otherwise (now that I realized what it means).

Many thanks for your answer!
