Description Steve Arnold archtester gentoo-dev 2007-10-10 00:45:18 UTC
Builds fine here, and it's needed to support mpich2 (version bump with enhancements coming soon). It still causes a sandbox violation without unless -sandbox and -usersandbox are set; there's also an upstream patch for kernel 2.6.21 (attached).

Thanks in advance...

This incorporates both the keyword update and the patch; in the original post above, I meant to say that I was working on an updated mpich2 ebuild, *not* a pvfs2 ebuild :)

There's pvfs2-2.6.3-r1 in the tree. Please keyword it, several users have tested it...

Okay, 2.6.3* keyworded ~amd64 - what about the upstream patch? I can take a look at it in more detail, ie, against the existing Gentoo patches, but not for a week or so...

Also, I'd like to shoot for marking this and mpich2 stable at the same time, but not for several weeks yet.
