Hey, I can confirm that enabling threads solves the problem and I can now emerge tagpy-0.91 through 0.93. I hope this bug gets eventually fixed, but for now the solution will reside in package.use. Thanks.
Changed the dependency to require >=boost-1.34.1 (since that one's stable now). This fixes the problem. Cheers.
