Fsck is looking for fsck.reisefs and not fsck.reiserfs (notice the missing R). 
Fsck v1.32 and reiserfsprogs v3.6.5.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to run fsck /dev/sdaX where sdaX is a reiserfs

If you rename the symlink from fsck.reiserfs to fsck.reisefs everything is 
working :-)

thats because you spelled it wrong in your fstab.
