Ebuild for dev-java/fop-1.0_beta.

Use this version if fop-0.94 gives you this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/xml/utils/URI$MalformedURIException

Unpack jeuclid-fop plug-in only when mathml USE flag is used.

Bumped to 0.94, thanks. No jeuclid support though, needs solving bug 121822 first. Open a bug request for adding jeuclid-fop blocking that bug if you want.
I also didn't include the patch, but added xalan to dependencies. Xalan is bundled with upstream binary fop anyways.
Also, your 1.0_beta ebuild is live svn ebuild, which doesn't generally belong to main tree...
