When I do 'emerge dev-libs/libpcre' it is ending by some errors.

Your GCC is broken. Try:
emerge -1 gcc

Thanks, it seems be working (I had to delete /var/tmp before compiling gcc), but now glibc do the same thing :o(.

Closing, not a libpcre bug.
