Ther is a new version of eric-4 available: 4.0.3.
Copy the old 4.0.1.ebuild and anything should be ok.

I had to rebuild PyQt4 and qscintilla (WITH python-bindings), before i could emerge eric.

That was because of a python-update from 2.4 to 2.5.
running
# python-updater
found other 35 packages to rebuild. So this is not a problem with the eric-ebuild, but my local python-modules :)

I'm not sure if I should put this here, or a separate bug, but Eric 4.0.3 asked me if it should patch my pyxml b/c it was version 0.8.4 and wouldn't work correctly.    Even weirder is that pyxml isn't listed as a dependency of eric-4.0.x, but rather,  I have it installed for eric-3.9.x.

Ideas what to do here?
