svg2pdf is a simple converter that uses cairo. There's no release, so check it out with git clone git://people.freedesktop.org/~cworth/svg2pdf and pack the result into svg2pdf-20070927.tar.bz2 (minus .git* files).

this is obsoleted by rsvg-convert in gnome-base/librsvg-2.26.0, so the bug can be closed.
This tool is very useful, because it converts to a scalable pdf. rsvg-convert only produces raster images, which can't be zoomed in without losing quality.
zlm, are you sure? i see pdf and ps as output formats as well.
