mysqladmin cant be executed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to usermin
2. Go Application
3. Press Mysql Button

Actual Results:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-

The MySQL admin program /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqladmin was not found on your
system. Maybe MySQL is not installed, or the module configuration is incorrect.

Expected Results:
no idea never used it before

that's because we install mysqladmin in /usr/bin/mysqladmin where it should be.
usermin really should look in the path for binaries.

This isn't a mysql bug, it's a usermin bug.

bug-wranglers: i don't know who is the usermin person. all of mholzer, seemant and cretin have done work on this.
