when i try to emerge phoenix-cvs (0.5-r2) I get the following error:

have you got something in your PORTDIR_OVERLAY?  it says you're merging -r1 and not -r2...

Here is what happened in my case:

# emerge net-www/phoenix-cvs/phoenix-cvs-0.5-r2.ebuild

Just to add to my rev comment:
1. # ls -ls /opt/portage/distfiles |grep cvs-src
     4 drwsrws---    3 root     portage      4096 Apr 18 23:40 cvs-src
2. emerge galeon-cvs builds fine.

There is no phoenix-cvs in portage. Please emerge mozilla-firebird-cvs.
