Description Martin Väth 2007-09-22 07:11:38 UTC
While maxima-5.13.0.ebuild,v 1.1 2007/09/13 14:08:30 built fine on my machine with USE='clisp -cmucl -gcl -sbcl', there seems to be a problem in the logic of maxima-5.13.0.ebuild,v 1.5 2007/09/20 11:13:42 with the same USE-flags:
It now wants sbcl as the lisp compiler in the ebuild, but pulls in clisp instead of sbcl as a dependency.

According to the ebuild, maxima does not run with clisp alone but only if additionally cmucl or gcl is selected (which practically excludes clisp on amd64, since according to the bugs here, maxima has some problems with gcl anyway and cmucl does not run on amd64).

I am not sure whether this was intentional: maxima built fine here before, and also seemed to run; at least with simple commands; however, I did not do intensive testing. It would be nice to hear a comment whether there was really a reason for this change (I found no bug about it).

Anyway, if it was intentional, this should also be reflected in the dependencies.

fixed. Thanks.
